*Kentucky Storms Disaster Relief Employee Pricing (PGM #95302) is exclusively for Kentucky residents in the counties of Barren, Caldwell, Christian, Fulton, Graves, Hart, Hickman, Hopkins, Logan, Lyon, Marion, Marshall, Muhlenberg, Ohio, Taylor and Warren affected by the severe storms on 12/10/21 who present a copy of their insurance claim form indicating loss/damage to their car, truck or SUV dated on or after 12/10/21. Eligible customers receive a special maximum vehicle price that is equal to or less than Ford A Plan price less applicable incentives plus taxes and fees when they purchase or lease an eligible vehicle from a participating dealership. Special pricing is limited to the purchase or lease of a new 2021/2022/2023 model-year Ford vehicle, excluding Focus RS, F-150 Raptor®, Ford GT, Mustang® Shelby® GT500®, Mustang Mach 1, F-Series Super Duty® Chassis Cab F-450®/550®, E-Series Chassis and Cutaway E-450™. May not combine with other private or commercial offers. Must place new retail order or take new retail delivery from a participating Ford Dealer's stock by 4/4/22.

Customer Questions and Concerns


Question: My vehicle is totaled. What do I do?

Answer: If you live in the affected area and have suffered damage or a total loss of your vehicle as a result of the severe storms that took place on 12/10/21, the first step is to obtain a claim form from your insurance company. Upon presenting the insurance claim form to your dealer, your dealer can then price the new vehicle at the special Ford Employee/Family of Employees rate shown on the invoice and add available incentives. The dealer must also keep a copy of the insurance claim in the deal jacket.
